Briargrove Park

Incorporated in 1962, Briargrove Park is a family oriented neighborhood consisting of approximately 1,480 homes. It is conveniently located in west Houston between Gessner and the Sam Houston Tollway bordering Buffalo Bayou on the north and Westheimer Road on the south.  Per the deed restrictions, each home must have a post light which provides the majority of the neighborhoods lighting as well as its charming ambience.

Briargrove Park has many facilities and programs available to residents. Recreational amenities include the Mary Ann Franklow Park, tennis courts, and community pool. Active clubs available for resident involvement include Mother’s Club, Ladies Club, Garden Club and Playground Club. There is also a swim team and several tennis leagues. In addition, annual traditions include an Easter Party at the playground, 4th of July Parade, and Holiday Decorating contest. There is an active Homeowners Association comprised of seven residential directors. The Architectural Committee is dedicated to reviewing all remodeling and/or construction plans to maintain the integrity of neighborhood.

With the continuous community involvement, Briargrove Park has remained a sought after neighborhood attracting residents of all ages.
